1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Moja platform, mobile application, or any services provided by Usereli ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Moja provides an integrated commerce platform that enables businesses to:
- Manage in-store point of sale operations
- Operate an online web store
- Publish branded mobile applications
- Process payments through integrated payment providers
- Generate TRA-compliant electronic fiscal device receipts
- Coordinate delivery services
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including TRA requirements
- Maintain accurate product and inventory information
- Handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with privacy laws
- Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party providers including Selcom for payments and Bolt for delivery. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Moja platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Usereli and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usereli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
